I was quite nervous going into the dentist's office after two years. However, Dr. Michelle was incredibly focused on patient care and comfort. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I found her to be kind while I was going through the procedure. She was highly skillful, and her compassionate bedside manner felt reassuring. I found Dr. Chen to be equally professional and she is very experienced. Her positive and equanimous approach led me to make another appointment in the near future. I can't believe I came across such a remarkable team of dental professionals in the Bay Area.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Mody for about two years now, and we couldn't be happier. It was challenging to find a dentist in the area who not only excels in diagnosing issues but is also honest about what treatments are necessary versus optional. My First time at this Dental Facility. The Doctor is very polite and explained everything very clear. The Administration ladies are very polite as well. I also liked that the Doctor does Not overbook his patients. I was taken in at my appointment time. I must say that was the best dental experience I can recall. I had a filling done today and I never felt a thing and process was done very quickly. I was given shots to numb the tooth. I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort whatsoever when shots were given. The drilling was a breeze and I was able to sit relaxed in the chair during the entire process. I usually build up a lot of anxiety and stress when going to the dentist and sit in chair all tense but todays experience might have just washed all them fearful feelings away. They also have great hygienists for teeth cleanings. Very gentle and thorough!! I have been to a lot of Dentist offices over the years and from my experience Bascom Dental is Top Notch and comes highly recommended.

Been going to Bascom Family Dental for four years now. Really nice staff and Dr. Mody is very kind and helpful. They definitely have a family feel when you go there and put you at ease. The front desk are seriously the happiest people on earth and you can tell they enjoy working there. They have completely remodeled their office and it looks amazing! Highly recommend!
