Ever since Dr. McConnell has left, this dental office has gone downhill. I was told my procedure would be covered under both my primary and secondary insurance. Little did I know, the new dentist is not considered in network with my insurance. Therefore, they are now coming after me for additional costs. I have emailed them, I have called the office, and my emails have gone with no response. They have now sent my bill to collections. DO NOT COME HERE. The new dentist is SHADY. Update: They still won't respond to emails or phone calls. Horrible customer service!

I know my review might not make much of a difference since there are so many other positive ones but I thought I would give it a shot anyway. My one and only visit was pleasant enough for me to wonder what was the catch. Well here it is. They push services you don't require and they charge a fee even if you cancel your appointment the day before . I canceled mine about 23 hours prior to the appointment but was told I would have to pay $50 fee for late cancelation. I did receive appointment reminders but they did not make it easy for you to cancel the appointment. You have to call to cancel and I work a job that does not allow me to use my phone during business hours. If you are going to use their services, then consider these things and also get a second opinion on any services that are suggested.

Very kind and considerate! They were able to do a flexible partial when another dentist said that wasn’t an option. Very happy!

This place has amazing staff!! Nancy the dental hygienist is the kindest and most helpful person I’ve met in the dentist realm. She breaks things down in a way you can understand! Dr. Zahawi is very down to earth and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend coming here :)
