My dental hygienist, Jennifer is excellent! I have always appreciated Dr Ledbetter. I have great confidence in her as my dentist. The front desk receptionist was cheerful and welcoming. This is a well run practice.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years now and have always had such a positive experience! All of the hygienists are friendly and give great suggestions for at home care of your teeth. Dr. Dublin is the best! The only doctor I look forward to seeing every 6 months.

Really amazing customer service staff is friendly and welcoming, happy to see you and goes above and beyond to accommodate. Not the cheapest office in the area but worth it by a lot for a comfortable and professional experience.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience here after switching from another dentist to get a composite veneer redone. Things were great at first, but when I had follow-up issues after my procedure, I wasn't listened to or believed. For one, the new retainer they made for me shifted my teeth into a position that messed up my bite (that I've had 5+ years of orthodontic work to get right) and they said there was "nothing they could do about it" and wouldn't give me a refund when I asked (I had to go back to my previous orthodontist to pay for another new retainer, and my bite still isn't the same as it used to be). Second, I wasn't happy with the shape and color of one of the veneers and they again told me there was nothing they could do about it and pretty much told me I was wrong to dislike it. I ended up seeing another dentist and they were able to fix it. I'm very disappointed in the way I was treated and the money I've lost due to these issues.
