This office is THE BEST OFFICE..not just the front or the gifts or the tour of the marvelous business. Every level of it was spectacular. You know you have been careed for in every single way. I've been with Dr. Roach since he took over Dr. Hill's practice over there 5 years ago and it's been quality care the whole time. They are kind, friendly and truly care about the health of your teeth and mouth. Linda is a gem and I look forward to my 6 month cleanings with her. I am grateful to also be able to call them friends.
Their availability is wonderful for emergency visits and routine check ups. Everyone is very friendly! I had a wonderful experience with Christina, she was an effective communicator and created a calm and accepting environment. I would highly recommend this practice for any of your dental needs! They will not push you into unnecessary treatment and will include you in the dialogue for every step of your visit.
Dr. Riggs is great with me and my 3 neurodiverse kiddos. He is caring, supportive, and kind toward my entire family. All of the hygienists are great, and very patient with my kids. I would recommend Dr. Riggs to anyone, especially those who have kids, with or without special needs!
I’ve been a pt here for 2 years. The office is clean, very nice staff and easy to Park/ navigate and make appointments. I chipped my front tooth last night. I was able to leave a message with an answering service since this was after hours. I received a text saying I could come in this morning. Tooth is fixed. I was also able to get my overdue cleaning in. Just like relationships personal or professional , you don’t know how good a person or business is until you have a situation that’s stressful. This office came through with ease and were very understanding about it. I’m so happy I found this office. I have confidence knowing with this experience that if I have an emergency, I will be taken care of.
