a week agoMy first visit to Va dental center exceeded my expectations. The office is attractive, the hygienist was friendly, and thorough. The cleaning was very watery which is why they give you glasses but it was painless. I don’t enjoy the dentist but they made this as pleasant as it could possibly be. Dr. Goldstein was prompt and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be back!

a month agoI have been a patient here for 8 years. The dental staff are great. I have just not had the best experience with the office's billing practices. They do something different every time with billing - sometimes they charge you the full amount upfront, sometimes they charge you a partial amount upfront, and sometimes they bill your insurance first and then send you a bill later. But it's never clear which one of those options they are doing at the time of your appointment. They might tell you that you don't owe anything before you leave your appointment, but then they just send you a bill later. I asked the office manager for more transparency with a consistent/standardized billing practice, at least in my case, because it is confusing to have me pay $11 in the office for a service but then bill me an additional $14 months later for the same service. If the service is $25, but you tell me my portion of the responsibility is only $11 and then bill me for the rest later that will lead to frustration from mismatched expectations (aka my situation). Instead of understanding or acknowledging anything I said, she accused me of trying to get out of paying my balance and made me feel completely uncomfortable. I am not sure if she's new or just an unhappy person, but I do think it would be beneficial for everyone involved if they had a standardized approach for billing patients/insurance so no one feels like they are getting scammed.

3 weeks agoDr Chris Henry is terrific. I am grateful to have him as my dentist. The office manager Stephanie who goes over treatment plans is so kind. Also Sydney and Laura are super nice. Met Sandy for the first time today and she was very nice too! Very happy with the practice!!

4 weeks agoI’ve consistently received comfortable and professional care from Dr. Henry since my first appointment in 2021. This has included regular cleanings, restorative dentistry, and orthodontics. His excellent bedside manner and calm, attentive approach have made each visit feel stress-free and reassuring.
