I have always hated going to the dentist but Doctors Parker and Pennington changed my experience completely. They are kind, honest, respectful and extremely professional. The office is impeccable and the staff are all wonderful. As a medical professional myself, I know a well run practice when I see it and can highly recommend both Doctor Parker and Dr. Pennington without reservation.

This is a very upscale dental office, and it’s clear they take pride in their work and in providing a great experience for patients. They’re a step above in any service I’ve received here in Jacksonville, but know that you absolutely pay for it, as they’re also the most expensive I’ve been to. (A first time visit was $500+ and they mentioned that it was discounted from $800.) High prices notwithstanding, I decided to give 4 stars instead of 5 because they gave me a follow-up call to check on me after my initial appointment and I told them that ever since I was seen, I was having severe sensitivity in my lower teeth when I brushed. I was told I’d receive a call back to determine what they wanted to do next. I have not heard from them since. I was disappointed to have slipped through the cracks when they otherwise seem so thorough.

I absolutely love coming here. I went to a different office before this and had a bad experience. Every single person that works here is very welcoming, caring and personable. Dr. Parker is as amazing of a doctor as he is a person. Danielle is very kind, hard working and caring. Carri is actually who referred me to the office and she is truly an amazing person. Sandy is also very welcoming and sweet. My perspective on doctor offices has changed dramatically due to the staff here. I am so thankful!

Dr Parker and Dr Pennington have created a top notch dental experience. The entire staff are personable, caring, extremely experienced, and they listen! Karen performed the best cleaning I have ever had. She also discovered that two teeth were loose. After doing a thorough assessment and using the latest technology, Dr Parker formed a plan for me. He explained everything to me in a calm, caring manner. If you want dental expertise, compassion and honesty delivered in a beautiful spa-like setting, Parker and Pennington is it!
