a week agoKiersten is so great. Helpful. I needed to get my teeth done and I walked in a few times and she was always ready to help me. I can’t ask for a better person. The girls are the front are always so kind and pleasant. I will always make this my go to office for my dental need.

a week agoI chipped my front tooth and I was given an appointment on the same day to fix it. The doctor, Dr Dedov and his assistant Lina fixed my front tooth and also did a cleaning on me. I adore the ladies at the front..they made me feel at ease and lighten the mood. Not many offices accepts my insurance and their manager worked with me and told me she will send a claim to my insurance. Thanks you guys! Definitely will be coming back in 6 months.

a month agoI take my Mom here for her dental treatment and the entire staff including the front desk and assistants and Dr Dedov are kind and patient. They have Maly who speaks Cambodian and she always tries to get my Mom her quickest appointment. The best front desk team I have ever had experience with. Very kind, patient and helpful. Thanks all of your help ladies!!

a month agoI went there a while back. Can't really remember when exactly, but what I do remember is how great I felt leaving after they were done attending Me. Very respectful, professional, and are experts in their field. You can sense their eagerness to help you feel comfortable and relaxed. Well at least that's how it went for Me.

Will be calling them again soon.

3 months agoI just moved to Philadelphia for Dallas, TX. So finding a great dentist is imperative for me. I schedule my appointment months in advance. I confirmed the day before, only to get a call the day off asking me to come in early. My original appointment was scheduled for 230, they asked me to come at 2 instead. I got to the dentist office at 155. I signed in, did all my authorization forms….230 comes I'm still in waiting room. So why was I asked to come in early? Why have I been waiting 35 minutes, when I have a scheduled appointment. The lack of consideration for patients and their time is disgusting! The front desk manager only had to say was “ sorry we understand your mad and you can leave we understand”…..NEVER AGAIN….Ill continue to fly to Dallas every 6 months at least I don’t have to sit at dentist for hours every visit! These other reviews must be paid actors! I did not share the same pleasant experience
