I personally would not recommend. The only reason I started coming here was because of the good reviews and how close it was to me. Multiple issues have happened at my time here and I finally had enough. First they had me come back 3-4 times to fit a nightguard because they couldn’t get it right the first time or even the second. Before that, I broke my first nightguard not long after getting it and they were “nice enough” to not charge me for the new one. The new one is tougher so able to withstand my grinding at night. One of the times I came in for a nightguard fitting, the doctor and assistant left the room for at least 15-20 minutes after saying they would be right back leaving me wondering if they forgot about me. I had to get fillings here for cavities and I felt like passing out after receiving the novacane (which I’ve never done before at previous dentists) and they were almost about to not do the fillings since I had to focus on not passing out for about 30 minutes. Finally, what really irked me was that my insurance updated and I uploaded all of my information. They never went over my benefits with the new insurance and failed to mention it was out of network. They only mentioned this after my cleaning which resulted in me having to pay $261 out of pocket for a simple biannual cleaning. Ridiculous. Save your time and money and don’t come here.

Words can’t even express the amazing experience I had at Grandview Dental Care. The kindness of the staff is unparalleled. My dental team, Casey, Liz, and Dr. Max were extremely caring and informative. They understood my personal needs and the sensitivity of my situation. They handled it with ease and total comfort. I didn’t feel a thing! I cannot recommend Grandview Dental Care enough! Thank you for everything!!!

Best dentist experience I have ever had. I have a fear of dentists due to past negative experiences so I was a bit fearful going in but I immediately felt comfortable. Maddi, my hygienist was amazing. She was gentle and walked me through everything. Dr. Max was also awesome and super friendly. I highly recommend this dentist.
