I normally did not mind the dentist as a kid, but had a very bad experience with a previous dentist and became extremely picky in searching for a new dentist. This office was a blessing! Very caring and knowledgeable staff, hygienists, and dentists. They have extended hours and work with you to find the best option for your budget and health of your teeth. Highly recommend! I wish they were closer to where I live, but worth the trip!

Although the staff were very nice. I waited an hour when my appointment time was 11am, to see a doctor at 12pm just to be told to come back another day. I never been to a dentist office ever in my life that did not at least clean my teeth. Even though I am a new patient I felt I was not important enough for the doctors or the dentist hygienist. I am considering not returning.

Dr. Segal and the whole team were very welcoming and very understanding of my situation and wants at the time. I recently had both a root canal and wisdom tooth extraction, and while I was nervous going into the procedures, they made the experience as smooth as possible. I felt safe under their care and they constantly checked in to ensure I was comfortable The staff was very approachable, especially Nelly. I was able to ask questions freely. Dr. Segal explained every step of the process and answered all my questions with patience and care. The follow-up care was equally impressive. I received clear instructions to help for my recovery, and might I add again.. they were very patient and made sure I understood well! I highly recommend this dental clinic if you’re looking for a place where your concerns are truly listened to and addressed with care!!

I love Dr. Segal, I’ve been coming to his office for over 3yr+. Dealing with health providers can be quite tiresome but I never have an issue at Dr. Segal’s office. Everyone in the whole office is so kind, honest, patient and willing to work with you whatever your dental needs are. They also focus on building the relationship with you as patient. It is very refreshing with how busy most doctors are in LA.

Been going here for the past 3 years - Always an easy and comfortable experience. The staff is kind and accommodating and never over sell on unnecessary treatments or procedures. Special shout out to Carlos the dental hygienist is so fantastic - he brightens up your day!
