He takes the time to ensure I fully understand the procedures, which helps ease any anxieties I have. I broke a tooth late at night and was dealing with extreme sensitivity—so bad I couldn’t eat or drink anything comfortably. Dr. Hall got me in the very next day, and even though the original appointment time wasn’t enough for the treatment I needed, he went above and beyond, staying longer to make sure I received the best possible restoration for my tooth. I’m usually really on edge in the dental chair, but thanks to Bri offering Netflix, headphones, and a pair of shades, I was actually able to zone out and not focus on the drilling at all! Bri wrapped up the appointment by placing a temporary that honestly feels like it was made to be there. She was gentle, super efficient, and has such a sweet and calming personality. What really surprised me was that when I got home, my nightguard still fit perfectly—that never happens after dental work! This was my first treatment at Espire Dental Riverfront, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Hall and Bri truly made me feel like their top priority. This office isn’t just a place to get your teeth fixed—it’s a whole experience, and one I won’t forget. Thank you both so much!

Lindsey, my dental hygienist, was especially wonderful—thorough, gentle, and attentive to my concerns. I have weak enamel and sensitive teeth/gums, and instead of rushing through my appointment, her and the team took the time to understand my situation and help me come up with a personalized plan to improve my dental health. They were also very clear about costs and how my insurance works, which I really appreciated. I truly felt cared for and not just like another number. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thoughtful and thorough dental team!

The Espire Dental Team is truly remarkable! We have the most wonderful dental care there whenever we visit. The dentists, Dr. Mackenzie, Dr. Aziz and Dr. Hall are all outstanding. We are truly grateful for Natalie and her kindness and excellent dental hygiene skills and care. And we are always so very appreciative of Rena whenever we call or check in or out.
