The staff was really nice. Kudos to your receptionist She worked really hard to get my dental information. The dentists were very accommodating. My wait and service was longer than expected but nonetheless I'm going back next week. So I give this dental office a thumbs up!

A little out of my way but it was worth while. They worked me in the same day that I called @ 11am. Staff was very friendly & kind!! Dentist was very direct & informative. I had a filling fall off & it would be a quick fix. I understand now why pts appreciate the place. 5 stars!!

I want to acknowledge that the team did an excellent job with my wisdom tooth extraction, and the dentist was professional, ensuring my comfort throughout the procedure. However, there are significant issues that must be addressed immediately. Firstly, I was overcharged for the procedure—I was billed for three wisdom tooth extractions when only two were actually removed. I had to take the initiative to request a refund, which was frustrating and unnecessary. Furthermore, I encountered severe problems with my follow-up appointments. After my surgery, I was scheduled to have my stitches removed five days later on a Monday at 3:15 PM. I made a point to leave work early and arrived by 3:10 PM, only to wait over 45 minutes in the lobby without being seen. This is completely unacceptable, and I had no choice but to ask to reschedule since I could not afford to be late for my next commitment. They moved my appointment to the following Thursday at 4:20 PM. Unfortunately, a similar delay occurred again. I sat in the waiting room for over 45 minutes yet again. After finally being called back, I waited another 35+ minutes before an assistant acknowledged the delay and attempted to expedite the process. Despite this, another assistant had to apologize again for the wait and could not provide me with an estimated time for when I would be seen to have my stitches removed. Instead, I was rescheduled for an early morning appointment to ensure I would be seen first. This situation is incredibly frustrating as it forces me to take more time off work for what should be a straightforward 30-minute procedure. If it weren’t for the urgent need to have my stitches removed, I would have canceled and sought care elsewhere. This level of service is unacceptable and must be rectified immediately.

Very nice people. Very professional. Insurance didn't kick in yet but was qualified for 4 different payment plans. Extraction went very well. I tell you this they're definitely on your side and giving you the best advice.
