Love this place. They actually put me on a waiting list AND kept me on it till I could make the appointment. Beth cleaned my teeth. She did a great job. I can't say enough about the staff and their kindness and professionalism. Would recommend this office.

My dentist retired and I had to find a new office. I picked HH and have been delighted with them. The staff are consistently helpful and pleasant and do all they can to make their patients comfortable and well cared for. Thank you to everyone, am so happy with my decision!

The staff here are (mostly, there are a few whose bedside manner could use a little adjustment) generally pleasant. Seems like most dentists these days will wait about a year then start claiming you need a deep cleaning, only for you to switch dentists and find out that your pockets are fine. My last dentist warned me of this scam so I trusted him and only left him when new insurance meant he was out of network. That's why, after a few years of "testing" dentists we landed on Hidden Hills. It's been a few years now and they still haven't sprung this scam on us, so we stay. That said, I have a firm rule about not paying for attitude. Dental expenses can be high as it is, I'm not suffering rudeness on top of it. Whether it's the hygienist who thinks she knows more than the dentist and 40+ years of hygienists who came before her or the doctors who get offended when you remind them of their own words from the last visit, the staff could use a customer service boot camp. After having to cancel and reschedule an appointment, I was placed with a hygienist that was not my usual. One visit with her and you would think I have never been to a dentist before and never leared how to brush my teeth. She had comments for things that not only were never raised in my 48 years of visiting dentists, but even commented on things in direct opposition to what my previous dentist advised me. When I mention that no one else has had these concerns before, she just quips "different points of view." She then proceeds to jam her fingers down your throat, pushing your head all over the place, only to yell at you to keep your head still. Then there's the doctors. They spot what they think is the beginnings of a cavity in my daughter's mouth but say it's pretty minimal and doesn't need to be addressed yet so "let's just watch it." Fast forward to the next visit and they come out with "there's been no change, so let's fill it." WTAF?! If it was ok to let be 6 months ago and there was no change, why am I now being asked to pay for a filling? Of course, when I ask this, the doctor gets all pissy (because we all know they're gods not to be second guessed). Like I said, they're ok for your regular visits if you are like me and don't usually have issues with your teeth. However, if you are prone to problems, I can't say that I 100% trust these guys to be upfront with you. The doctors seem to celebrating a lot of life moments around there lately (they're all related) and I'm convinced when their bills come due, cavities suddenly need to be filled that didn't before and their poor bedside manner isn't instilling trust and confidence to think otherwise. They need to earn that back.

Where do I begin??? Had to wait to get in to begin with - months… which I understand…. Then the bedside manners for the assistant was over the top RUDE!!! After a few visits, she just got worse! So I finally said something! Rescheduled my appointment after a while worrying about her vs my health! Next time I came back to get fillings they were more worried about getting my cleaning done and tried to use my fillings visit to talk about a plan again… I thought we already had a plan??? My first visit, sent me to someone else to have teeth pulled, then back and forth for fillings… not getting anywhere quickly… then after the rudeness and deciding to coming back, cleaning again, she talks about me needing 5 more teeth pulled first again?? Like why wasn’t this done all at once?? Paid for a root canal & crown… and now sends me to get more teeth extracted before we can finish the fillings before we even order the bridges! After all this, something told me to stop and go get another opinion. So I went to see about getting implants. Guess what I found out…. Some of my roots that I PAID TO GET PULLED ARE STILL THERE!!! Now I have odontogenic sinusitis!!!! AND WAS NEVER TOLD???? And it’s BAD!!! I even asked if everything was okay cause I knew it wasn’t. Just cause you don’t have Constant symptoms doesn’t mean things don’t need to be addressed! It seems they are not about taking care of people properly. The dentist Rachael, she’s very nice and friendly but sounds like she has too much on her plate and runs out of time with patients, so she can’t give the care she would like. My account balance shows a huge balance because they’re not properly billing my insurance company so God only knows if I owe something or not?? Especially, when you’re not even getting the care that you need. There is no way in the world I am paying anything else when I didn’t even get the proper treatment I paid for already.! It is amazing that I have a huge infection and a tooth root still attached and nobody sees it after how many visits? I have to go get a second opinion some where else?? Thousands of dollars down the drain!! And you are not getting $1 from me anymore! So if you see a balance- you can wipe that right off!! I am not one to give reviews, but after coming home upset several, several times my husband made me get on here so that people are aware of what is happening here.

I’ve been a patient with Hidden Hills for well over a decade. Dr. Schloth and now his daughters are the best! The staff and the ladies at the front desk are amazing. I have referred friends and they couldn’t be happier. My Dental Hygienist Elaine is outstanding very professional and caring. The other Dental Hygienist is outstanding too. I highly recommend Hidden Hills for any of your Dental needs.
