Dr. Rachel Harris Monteiro is the founder of River Oaks Dental and is a general dentist, providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages in her hometown of Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Monteiro graduated from The Bolles School, and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of North Florida. She then attended dental school at the University of Louisville, where she graduated with honors. Dr. Monteiro has a true passion for dentistry and is able to serve Jacksonville with cosmetic dentistry, dentures, dental implants, dental crowns, preventative care, and much more.

After listening to my dental concerns and anxiety, then doing a thorough assessment of my teeth and gums, we discussed a proactive dental plan to achieve great oral health along with a beautiful smile. From the front desk, to the dental team, everyone was kind , and professional. Great first impressions! 2 weeks agoLaid back atmosphere and friendly staff. Got called back about 8 minutes before my appointment. Got my teeth cleaned while listening to some 80's music and watching Motel Makeover on Netflix with captions on.

2 months agoAbsolutely amazing customer service everybody was very polite. Nice from walking in the door to leaving with my next appointment scheduled. The office was clean and I thought it was pretty cool that they had not only a TV in front of the exam chair but also one right above the exam chair so you can continue watching a Netflix show while Sitting in different orientations while getting work done At the dentist office. I would highly recommend this office for anyone who prefers genuine kindness, and professionalism, as well as an environment with nice cool vibes.

a month agoThis was my son's first visit to River Oaks Dental. He has Autism and is very nervous about new environments. The staff and Dr. Monteiro from beginning to the end were wonderful and patient with him which made me comfortable as well. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a good place to go for dental needs.
