The entire office is super friendly. The hygienists are thorough and thoughtful. Dr. Racanelli has great bedside manner, is honest and always has a smile for his patients. I've been going to Stunning Smiles for over 10 years and wouldn't consider going to a different dentist.

I have been going to Stunning Smiles Dentistry my most recent visit was unexpected, I cracked a very old crown (done by previous dentist), and called them at 4:45 PM on Thursday. They were closed Friday and Monday due to holiday, but fit me in Tuesday afternoon. On Tuesday morning they called and said an earlier time at 10 AM opened. I got in the office and walked out three hours later with a brand new permanent crown. Thank you team!

I was very pleased with my visit at Stunning Smiles last week. Dr. Racanelli had previously gone over my dental needs in great detail, and then laid out a plan for my dental needs going forward. Last week, I had a new crown placed on a tooth that had broken off down to the gum line. Another dentist had told me that it would have to be pulled, but Dr. Racanelli felt that he could repair it and he did. I am very happy with his excellent work and I am very happy that I chose Stunning Smiles for my dental health needs. If you are looking for a top dentist in the Las Vegas Valley, I highly recommend Dr. Racanelli.

Honestly paid hundreds of dollars in copays for no reason. Then they send me letters asking for money. They said my insurance doesn’t even fully cover the cleanings, but other dentists said they do. I tried to go back to stunning smiles, but it’s still the same shiz. I tried them twice and now I know to never come back. Quality and service has gone down so much compared to when they first opened. I wish this time could’ve been different but it seems they just want your money. They tried to charge my fiancée $500 out of pocket for a night guard when he had double coverage culinary. We went to a different dentist and said they could do it for $100 out of pocket. They upcharge you up the booty. Watch out for your financial booty when you go to stunning smiles folks. UPDATE* Denise was delightful over the phone and I just paid all my balances as I am choosing to look elsewhere for my dental needs. They are not transparent from the get go like the owner response says to my review. They failed to mention they were out of network providers and just hustled me and said they accepted my insurance. When I paid all co pays during my visit they said that’s all they needed and then proceeded to send another invoice through letter for over $130 so no they are NOT transparent with insurance and billing.

From the moment I called, they were understanding and put me at ease during a stressful situation. Dr. Racanelli was incredibly easy to talk to, took the time to explain all my options, and gave me the best advice for my complicated issue. I had been quoted high prices everywhere else, but Dr. Racanelli and his team took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I’m definitely switching my home clinic to Stunning Smiles—highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch care!
