I would like to give a good review but it is impossible for me, Dr. Sean Fitzhugh He doesn't know what he's doing, he put dental crowns on me In accordance with him I need it, (In one tooth I did't need it), I had to return 9 times YES 9 times to his location to fix my crowns there were two, He doesn't know! This was the most horrible experience I've ever had in my entire life, without being dramatic It's in their records, I will never go back to him AGAIN, Be careful people if you go to him, because you're going to regret it like I still do. I want to highlight that I put a comment on YouTube and the manager contacted me, he was a very nice person and YES Higginbotham Family Fix the problem in another location Harbor, here they have an AMAZING Team, the crowns look just like my teeth, the color, comfort, and size are perfect. Many thanks to Dr. Brown, him and his team are the BEST! Thank you to Higginbotham Family dental in Harbor location you are professionals and have a lot of kindness!.

Embarrassed to say I haven’t had a cleaning in 2 years. I’m 31 weeks pregnant & started having a gum issue. My hygienist, Ginger & Dr. McPherson took great care of me, listened to my needs, & helped relieve my pain! Megan and Karen are always amazing souls & are just all around fabulous! 10/10 would recommend!

I highly recommend seeing Ashley, Ginger, Dr. Fitzhugh, and Dr. Shockley at the East Memphis Higginbotham to anyone looking for excellent care with a personal touch. They were thoughtful in answering all of my questions, and they shared info about my teeth that I hadn't even thought about. The staff took the time to communicate every step of the way, explaining what to expect and even letting me know when earlier appointment slots became available especially with Thanksgiving approaching. They were all incredibly welcoming and personable. It’s not often you find a dental office where the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and informed. My teeth looks and feel amazing, which i think is normal when you leave any dental office (I hope), but their level of care stood out to me the most :)

I cracked a tooth and had never had a filling before. It was my front tooth and my first time really having anything done and I was INCREDIBLY anxious. I also have sensory issues. They took all that I to account and showed so much kindness and compassion, were able to get me in within an hour of me calling them, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this practice, they will treat you so well!!

Best dental experience. Booking online is easy and you can get in pretty much anytime! And then they text you which is yes gawd for my Millenial I don't wanna talk to you soul. And everyone who works there is nice. This is for the east memphis location though. I can't vouch for the people at the other locations but look at other reviews maybe they'll tell you. But I refer anyone and everyone here
