Why can't all dentists offices be this great? The location is so interesting, nestled in a gorgeous corner building of Harbor town. The staff was so welcoming and talkative. I was able to fill out all my forms before arriving to my first visit. That alone was a plus because it saved time for them and me! Jordan did a great job cleaning my teeth and when Dr. Crown checked me over I was good to go! Now I'm dirtying them up again! See y'all in 6 months!

Everybody is extremely nice and welcoming. I had to get a tooth extraction done. The DR was very skilled and knowledgeable, I didn’t feel a thing. The dental assistant was also very GREAT, wish I knew her name the woman that’s going to the military but I wish she becomes a dentist. You are good girl! Thank you so much everybody!

Higginbotham had me and my son out in no time. Everyone was very professional, fast, knowledgeable and most of kind. My son said he love how he was treated by Rachael and would love to come back to Higginbotham for his Dental work. Their service was outstanding.

I saw Dr Sean Fitzhugh this morning, had to have 4 extractions & implants. The procedure could not have gone better. I felt no pain, only some brief pressure. Before he began he looked at the xray and said he would be able to do 2 implants today. The other 2 areas required bone grafting so the implants would have a stable foundation. The staff was very reassuring and friendly. I have been home now for 5 hours and so far have only needed a pain pill when I came home & cut it in half. FYI I am sensitive to pain meds, so ate yogurt, mashed acorn squash before taking it. He also prescribed a steroid pack to minimize the inflammation & an antibiotic to avoid infection. If you look to make an informed decision & have any anxiety, Dr Fitzhugh takes the time to explain everything in detail before, and he has already called to see how I am doing after. He is very kind and considerate and his office staff is great and knows what is needed before they are even asked.

Honestly… I hate going to the dentist as I’m terrified of needles and stuff but passing though Memphis on a road trip and a crack a tooth and managed to get an appointment with these guys. What can I say… from start to finish these guys were super friendly, professional and caring. From the reception staff to the dental nurse Victoria to Dr Crown himself. They had Harry Potter in the room I was in, which as a Brit I found quite poetic and Dr Crown and Victoria were honestly just the best!!! They were great at putting me at ease and making me feel less nervous! Can y’all move to Texas so I can make you my regular dentist please!!!! Thank you guys!!!
