The dentist is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. His work was top-notch, and I truly felt safe and well-cared for. I had a wonderful experience at my dental appointment! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel at ease right from the start. The dental assistant /hygienist was excellent – thorough, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Marwan was fantastic, taking the time to address all of my concerns and explain everything in detail. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend this office!

I found Dr. Ibrahem on limb. My last experiences have not been traumatic. From the moment I called to the time I left it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dentist office & their team. I didn’t get everyone’s names but the two ladies at the desk were lovely & sweet with checking me in, letting me know the costs, and checking out/scheduling appointments was a breeze. Avery was great! She was very friendly, kind, & educated me on some many things I didn’t know before. Dr. Ibrahem was AMAZING. He answered all questions, came up with a game plan, & very personable. I loved my experience at Cream City Dental.

The staff at Cream City Dental is phenomenal with adults and kids of all ages! Everyone is patient and kind, even with my anxious 5-year-old. Highly recommend them for anyone!
