I was dreading having to go to the dentist, but I'm so glad I did my research and found this place. Excellent experience! The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and the facility is so nice and accommodating. I feel well taken care of by honest people, and so far the work they have done has been beautiful! You can tell these people love their job, take pride in their work, and want to help people. I know I have a long road ahead to fix my teeth, but I feel so much better knowing that I found a dentist that I trust. Extra bonus, on my first visit when I was most nervous, I was overjoyed to see their adorable dog "Porter" in the office. I don't think he's there every day but I wish he was! *Fyi, I'm a USMC Veteran, and the dentist informed me about using VA dental (which would have covered all my dental care at no cost)... he didn't have to do that, and I appreciated his honesty. He was trying to save me some money rather than take it. He has experience working at VA Dental. So, for any Veterans out there looking for a dentist because they are not covered by the VA or because they do not want to go to the VA, here is a dentist who you can trust, and he has a lot of experience treating Veterans. This is probably the longest review I've ever written, but it is well warranted for Firefly Family Dentistry.

I’ve been a patient at this dental office for several years, and I can confidently say they are hands down the best in the business. From routine cleanings to the most complex procedures, their expertise and care are unmatched. The office itself is spotless, modern, and welcoming. The staff is incredibly professional and always goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. They take the time to explain every procedure, answer all your questions, and ensure you’re at ease before starting any treatment. It's clear that patient comfort and care are top priorities here. The dentists are highly skilled, up-to-date with the latest techniques, and take a personalized approach to each patient. Whether it's a simple check-up or something more intricate like root canals or implants, I always feel confident that I'm in excellent hands. What sets this office apart is their consistency in providing exceptional service, no matter how complex the procedure. I never feel rushed, and the level of attention to detail is extraordinary. The front desk staff is always friendly, and the scheduling is efficient — I never have trouble finding an appointment time that works for me. We’ve been looking for this kind of atmosphere for a family dentistry. They listen and explain everything patiently and kindly. Costs are up front and accurate. I’m confident bringing my whole family in and hope to do so for years.

From the first time I walked into this building to the last I've had nothing but positive experiences. From the staff helping me try to distract my 6 month old at the time when I had to bring her to a last minute appointment and also letting her lay in my lap while they did my exam to making sure I'm comfortable while I've had to get countless fillings, they've always gone above and beyond. I've never felt shame about the condition my teeth were in by this team and I've never felt so lucky. They make me excited to go to the dentist! I've never felt anything they've done is unnecessary and when possible they've gone towards routes of prevention/reversal to avoid said unnecessary procedures or extra cost to me, and they're always extremely transparent about what they're doing or what their plan is. I cannot recommend them enough and I have a million more good things to say but I'll just leave it at this!
