Dr. Ballard is an amazing doctor—caring, compassionate, patient, and a great listener when it comes to her patients. More than one of my children has worked with her for wisdom tooth extractions and tooth removals for braces, and each time, Dr. Ballard and her staff have gone above and beyond. We’re truly thankful for the excellent care and support they’ve provided.

Let's face it... No one looks forward to having major dental work. However, in the event you come face to face with oral surgery smiling back at you... I'm so happy with the work of Dr. Ballard. This is my first experience of not being in pain after having a tooth removed. Not to mention she was absolutely kind to me and fast at removing my tooth. 🧡

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and the staff was beyond helpful! Their customer service goes above and beyond. Calls were returned the same day whenever I had any questions, the procedure was explained in full details before and after to ensure no complications occurred. The doctor assured her ease and personally called later that evening to see how she was feeing, she even gave us her personal cell if we had any complications. We highly recommend them! Nice work guys!

The entire staff was amazing! My son has really bad anxiety and they were very understanding. The doctor even called after they closed to check on him and gave us her personal number in case anything we needed after hours. We also had to call because of how uncomfortable he was after the numbing wore off and they were very quick to call back with further instructions.
