My visit to this dental office was truly exceptional! When I called to book my appointment, the receptionist provided outstanding customer service. Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed right at the door, which was a lovely touch. The entire team was friendly; my dental hygienist was not only funny but also very knowledgeable. My dentist was incredibly kind and took the time to explain the next steps for my upcoming appointment. Overall, I highly recommend this dental office. I had previously been a patient of the former dentist, but the new owners and their team are just as impressive. Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable—I'm looking forward to being a loyal patient for years to come!

This was undoubtedly the most pleasant Dental visit I’ve ever had. From X-rays, consultations and plans made for a return visit. I’m excited to start my dental care. I was put at ease. I’ll be in very capable hands. Everything was shown to me and explained in great detail. All of my questions were answered by a very knowledgeable staff. It was Perfection from the friendly front desk staff, to the Dental Tech, and to the Dentist herself! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!

By far DAG is one of the Best dental offices I been too. I started going to this office 3 years ago and I never been disappointed. The Ladies at the front desk are so nice always greet you with a smile, and you are done with your visit they always ask you how was everything. Today I went for my 6 months check up and my dental hygienist ( Kimberly Pantoja) was Amazing, so gentle, polite, answered all my questions I love her.

It’s really unfortunately, because the dentist I saw was a pleasure. But it makes me question the entire DAG system. Are you really there to help people take care of their health or just waste their time and money? --- I recently became a new patient at this office and initially appreciated the convenience of scheduling an appointment online, as I’m constantly on the go. I booked an appointment for a cleaning through the online system, which allowed me to do so. Shortly after, I received a call from the office to confirm my appointment. However, I was in a meeting and couldn’t answer, and by the time I was available, the office was closed. Fortunately, I was able to confirm via text, which I appreciated. Since the text message and voicemail didn’t specify the type of appointment—likely due to HIPAA regulations—I assumed everything was in order. When I arrived for my appointment, I checked in with the receptionist. However, she did not verify the type of appointment I had scheduled, confirm that I was a new patient, or check whether my forms were completed. Instead, I was simply told to sit and wait for someone to call me back. Within about five minutes, I was taken to an exam room, walking through what appeared to be an employee break room to get there. Once seated, I was asked if I had any questions for the dentist, which I answered. Then, I went through a full set of X-rays, which I understood to be standard for new patients. The dentist came in, discussed my dental care goals, briefly examined my teeth, outlined next steps, and then left to see another patient. At this point, I assumed my cleaning would follow—but instead, I was taken for Invisalign imaging. Once that was completed, the dentist returned, went over the recommendations, and left again. An assistant then presented me with a cost estimate and immediately tried to sell me on purchasing Invisalign on the spot—without any time to consider my options. The appointment was essentially over because I didn’t commit to purchasing them right then and there. At that point, I asked about my cleaning, only to be told—90 minutes into my visit—that my appointment was for an exam only. The assistant then mentioned that no one was available to do a cleaning, and I would need to schedule one separately. This was the first time anyone informed me that my appointment was not for what I originally scheduled. Frustrated, I went to the front desk, where the receptionist finally admitted that this is a known issue with their scheduling system—it does not actually book the appointments patients request. If that’s the case, the system should either be fixed or removed entirely, requiring patients to call instead. There were multiple points during this process where I could have been informed of what my appointment actually entailed, yet I wasn’t. This lack of communication was both careless and a complete waste of my time.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Quick for my root canal procedure. She was professional, skilled, and made the entire process seamless. I was amazed that I had no pain at all after the procedure—something I never thought possible with a root canal! Dr. Quick truly exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of dental care. She’s the best!
