CeCe was awesome today. Very upbeat in getting me settled in. She then informed me that she was leaving to update Dr. Stella on something that needed be added to today’s procedure. As a first time visit with CeCe, I was very impressed with CeCe. As usual, Dr. Stella was her usual super-confident and friendly self. I’m never disappointed with any of the doctors in this office for over 20 years of service. This is the reason both my wife and I are patients here.

Everything went outstanding! Alisia was wonderful! I have a bad gag reflex and she took the time to make my visit great!! And as usual Dr Stella was outstanding!! I have been to many dentists and I will never go elsewhere! And Tonya was pleasant and always pleasure to talk to.

They redid a crown of mine from childhood that I wasn’t having issues with, but they said needed to be done. I trusted them. 1.5 years later, I had to pay out of pocket to get that crown redone because it didn’t fit properly and literally decayed. At the time they fixed the crown, I complained about how the tooth with the crown didn’t feel/fit right. I had to force them to let me come in again to make it fit into my retainer, because the crown was so different than my real tooth my retainer didn’t fit at all anymore. They begrudgingly tried to make it fit better, but told me to level my expectations because the crown “was never going to be a perfect fit anyways.” Sorry??? I’ve NEVER, ever, EVER had a dentist say something like this to me before or after. Now, I’ve seen two different dentists in my new city to fix the issue and get second and third opinions. They both said it was a terribly fit crown. The point is — I was right when I had the original J Street work done and advocated for myself. They didn’t listen to me, made me feel bad about it, then they did horrible work on me. Thank goodness it wasn’t worse, and thank goodness I found a competent dentist to fix it. My new crown fit my retainer perfectly the first time, and it’s a better color match too. Do not come here.

This is the most amazing dental office I have been a patient at yet. Very welcoming staff and amazing assistants, hygienists, dentists! Front office staff is the best I have seen!
